Trust and empathy create a sense of safety, through which teams become courageous. COURAGE comes from the French word 'Coeur' – which is 'heart' in English. So, being brave also means following the heart when taking estimated risks and venturing into the unknown – the path where INNOVATION grows. Innovation doesn't have to be something big. To us, innovation is the sum of the small steps.
