In our Sales Department, we focus on selling our products and collections to retailers and achieving our budget goals. This involves acquiring new partners and building successful, trusting business relationships. Comprehensive product knowledge, sales strategies, and market analysis are therefore important.

We are a crew – united by our vision & values. Our People & Culture Team develops the framework for this vision and the foundation for our success story. Each of our styles is crafted by a dedicated designer. When crafting our collections, we uphold our brand identity and ensure that high quality standards are met. The fashion products we develop are based on in-house market analysis and trend research. We create mood boards and sketches, work on technical drawings for new designs, and participate in relevant presentation processes. Adhering to schedules and budgets, as well as collaborating with other departments, are also part of our responsibilities. Understanding the needs of our customers is paramount throughout.

In marketing, our mission goes beyond selling products; we focus on crafting compelling stories and communicating our values in an authentic way. We are responsible for the entire lifecycle of our marketing efforts, from concept development and campaign architecture to omni-channel execution. Committed to staying true to our brand's DNA, we continually explore innovative ways to innovate and engage our message with today's audiences. By working closely with all departments, we ensure not only creative output, but also a seamless customer journey.

In retail, our primary focus is our customer. We are dedicated to creating a great brand experience through service-oriented advice. Our goal is to create a positive customer journey for everyone. Our IT department is responsible for providing the best possible support to our crew and all customers when issues arise. On a day-to-day basis, our main focus is to ensure that employees can work smoothly with their hardware. It's particularly important to us that everyone feels well taken care of: In stressful moments, we maintain and convey calmness, work towards solutions, and address each individual's needs.

Our Finance team is our strategic sparring partner for all business areas and aims to proactively support them with professional, analytical, and communicative expertise. Responsibilities include creating KPI reports, ad-hoc analyses, budget planning and forecasting, as well as financial evaluation and analysis of business cases. Our goal is to derive recommendations for action and contribute to cross-functional projects. We work transparently, fact-based, and in partnership.

This area encompasses some of our smaller departments - Corporate Development, Legal, and Sustainability. They are of utmost importance to us and essential for implementing our long-term as well as sustainable corporate strategy.
