5 STEPS TO YOUR NEW JOB
You've found the job that suits you? We've designed a 5-step application process that makes it easy to get to know each other in a personal, efficient way. Our recruitment stages depend on the role you apply for. Yet, here’s what you can usually expect.
You’ve found your match in our open positions. All you need to do now, is to submit your application online. Once, we’ve received it, you’ll get a confirmation mail in return. Be assured that your data is safe with us.
We don’t want to keep you waiting. Our Talent Acquisition Managers review your application and will get back to you as soon as possible. For some positions, we conduct an initial phone interview with you. No worries, it’s a casual chat - typically lasting 15-45 minutes.
After reviewing all applications, our Talent Acquisition team forwards a pre-selection of the most promising applications to the relevant department. Determining whether your professional qualifications match the requirements of the position. Typically, at least one interview is conducted, lasting 45-90 minutes. For certain positions, business cases are also used to examine your thinking and actions under as realistic circumstances as possible.
Next, you get the chance to meet your team in person. It's very important to us that you feel comfortable in your new environment and can form a strong team with your new colleagues.
If you have successfully completed all steps, we will now make you an offer. We take the time needed for this and carefully go through all the details with you.
