How do I book a repair?
Select what’s broken or doesn’t fit in the booking portal. Print your shipping label at a DHL station and send your item in. Within 10 days, you’ll get it back repaired – MENDED will keep you updated on the status along the way.
What repairs can I book?
MENDED can fix rips, holes, buttons, zippers, hems, pockets, belt loops, and straps. Plus, many items can have their waist and length adjusted.

We partner with MENDED for this service. Your clothing will be taken care of by skilled tailors in a local workshop in NRW.

We provide MENDED with a selection of buttons and rivets. We started with a curated range, which we are constantly expanding. If something isn’t available, MENDED uses high-quality alternatives. In case of significant differences, MENDED will contact you to discuss your options.
What does the service cost?
The cost of the service depends on what needs to be repaired. Prices start at €7.99. The prices, as well as the shipping costs for both sending and returning, will be clearly broken down before you confirm your booking. There are no hidden fees. CLUB Members get up to 20% off their first repair.
What are the benefits of being a Tom Tailor CLUB Member?
CLUB Members receive up to 20% off their first repair starting from Level 1. The discount amount depends on the level they are in.
What to do in case of warranty issues?

How long will it take to get my clothing back?
As soon as your item arrives at MENDED’s tailors, they’ll get started right away. You’ll receive your repaired item back within a maximum of 10 days.
Who should I contact if I have questions about my repair?

What happens if an item cannot be repaired?
In this case, MENDED will contact you as soon as possible to ask whether you'd like the item returned or recycled.
